Wescliffe HOA

This committee is a means by which the Association ensures the continued application of the design principles and covenant provisions of Wescliffe development. In the first years of the Association, the design and siting of new homes were the primary concerns of this committee. The primary concern of the committee is now reviewing requests for additions or renovations to houses; enforcing provisions of Article X of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of the Plat of Wescliffe ("Permitted and Prohibited Uses of Property in Wescliffe"); and determinations relating to Article XII of the Covenants ("Preservation of View Rights")
